Enrolment & Matriculation – (Full Time Students only)
It will soon be time to start your course at Dundee College. Rather than complete a number of forms, queue for a student card or collect various passwords, you can do all this online before you start college!
Why are we asking you to do this?
It means everything is in place before you start. You save time and we save paper.
When you enrol you will be able to:
- access important College services including computer network and library
- use the card to obtain discounts and as Proof of Age in the city, nationally and internationally
- use facilities at Dundee & Abertay Universities, your local libraries and leisure centres
Also importantly:
- Collecting your card during induction triggers any funding payments (if your funding application is finalised). No card, no cash!
- It’s a sQuid card
- It’s a Young Scot card (if you are aged between 15 and 26)
What you need to do
Follow the instructions in the Enrolment & Matriculation email, login, complete your online enrolment and submit your photograph.
What we will do
We’ll check the details you’ve submitted and make sure your photo is suitable then we’ll print your card. We will email and text you to tell you it’s ready and when and where you can collect it from. You will need to bring Proof of ID with you, details will be in the email.

Notes:
- When you collect your card we will scan it and that’s you completed the Matriculation process.
- Please keep checking your email account for the Enrolment email (if it's not in your inbox please check the spam folder as well).
- Decided not to come to College? Please email application@dundeecollege.ac.uk, tell us your name, date of birth and why you’ve changed your mind and we will cancel your application.
