Preventing Infection
Wash your hands regularly with soap and water
- Catch It – cover your nose and mouth with a clean tissue when you cough or sneeze
- Bin It – dispose of your used tissue in a bin as soon as possible
- Kill It – wash your hands with soap and water

If swine flu is suspected, contact your GP who will issue a voucher for anti-flu medication. A friend or family member can then use this voucher to collect anti-viral medicine for you from a pharmacy.
Students
If you are ill and unable to attend College, contact your course tutor. Bring a medical certificate or self certificate on your return to College. Arrangements to progress your studies will be discussed with you on your return to college.
