PIECES will address the need to provide a comprehensive training solution for sectors where high levels of staff turnover and low skilled workers limit the commitment to learning.
The main aim of PIECES is to share existing and develop new approaches to supporting learning in the Care sector and support the transfer to the Tourism sector. Another aim is to identify how the models/materials can be further transferred to other sectors sharing similar workforce characteristics.
