Campus Life

Student life in Dundee is fun and affordable.  Dundee is home to 2 universities as well as Dundee College.  It is a great city for students.  Places of interest range from cinemas and theatres to pubs, clubs, galleries and museums.  It is also an ideal base for outdoor activities and sports in the surrounding countryside.

In session 2011/12, Dundee College will move to a 2 site Campus, Kingsway and Gardyne.  Both campuses offer excellent learning environments with up-to-date facilities.  The campuses are easily accessible by bus as car parking is limited for students.

There is a refectory in each campus which opens between 8.15am-3pm for hot/cold meals and snacks.

Kingsway Campus also boasts KC The Space to Meet & Eat, open for delicious coffee and snacks between 8.30am-3.30pm with lunch being served 12pm-1.30pm.

The shop is open between 8.30am-3.45pm (closing at 3.15pm on Fridays) for drinks, confectionary, cards and newspapers.

Vending machines are available all day and evening to provide drinks and confectionary.

Both campuses have a library which specialises in the subjects taught at the campus.  The libraries also provide video viewing resources, CD-ROM and IT facilities.
