Requirements
1 Higher, preferably English, or 12 SQA units which should include at least 8 Computing / IT credits, or, in the case of mature students, at least 1 year's suitable IT work experience.

This course is designed to keep pace with the demands of the dynamic and fast moving multimedia industry by ensuring that candidates are introduced to the latest skills, technologies and working practices.
The course covers a wide range of interests which range from building an e-business, animation, publishing and video production. Units covered include: Web Development; Web Scripting; Digital Imaging; User Interface Design; Audio; Video; and Working in a Project Team. During the course you will have the opportunity to work on a ‘live’ project brief thus ensuring you have the employment skills required for this dynamic area.

Successful completion of this course offers improved career opportunities in industry or professional practice in the areas of interactive multimedia. Alternatively, you may articulate into one of the many relevant university degree programmes on offer.
