Karen has spent the past decade as a training and development executive acting as first point of contact for business, forging links with commerce and industry and identifying workforce development needs.
Karen's role of Employer Engagement and Knowledge Transfer builds on the successes already achieved focusing on supporting private sector organisations, helping growth and sustainability.

Donald has responsibility for vocational training initiatives and for responding to employers’ training and development needs by working closely with Skills Development Scotland. He also manages the college’s National Training Programmes – Training for Work, Get Ready for Work, Skillseekers and Modern Apprenticeship.
Donald is involved with the Community Planning Partnership European-funded projects managed by Dundee City Council. Donald is also responsible for maintaining relationships with local/national employers.

Fiona has supported Dundee College establishing a significant track record as a leading partner in various international projects.
Fiona and her team aim to establish partnerships with local stakeholders in key global education markets, to participate in joint ventures overseas with local and national partners, and to attract international students to Dundee.

Veronica joined Dundee College from Scottish Enterprise, having worked in a variety of public and private organisations.
Veronica has a background in supporting companies to set up and grow their businesses, nationally and internationally; international trade and investment; working with overseas owned companies and encouraging investment in Scotland; international development; enterprise support; entrepreneurship; industry project management and account management.
